Consent for Behavioral Tracking and Analytics
Effective Date: July 15, 2026
This consent is entirely optional. Refusing or withdrawing this consent will not restrict your access to any core features of the Service, including account creation, AI Saju interpretations, chatbots, or fortune exams.
1. Purpose of Consent
The Company utilizes Microsoft Clarity to analyze how users interact with our application through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays. This data is used solely to diagnose technical bugs, optimize user interface (UI/UX) design, and improve overall service stability and performance.
2. Items Collected, Transferred, and Processed
By providing your consent, you agree that the following behavioral data will be collected and transferred to Microsoft Corporation (located in the United States) via network transmission:
- Behavioral Logs: Screen views, navigation paths, scrolls, clicks, taps, and session duration.
- Technical Identifiers: IP addresses (obfuscated/masked), device type, operating system version, and unique browser or device identifiers.
- Session Recordings: Visual reconstructions of user sessions within the app interface.
Note: Microsoft Clarity does not intentionally collect or record passwords, credit card numbers, or direct personal identifiers (PII). Any text input fields containing personal Saju details are masked prior to transmission.
3. Retention and Use Period
- Data Retention: Data processed by Microsoft Clarity is retained for a maximum period of one (1) year from the date of collection, or in accordance with Microsoft’s standard data retention policies, after which it is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
- Withdrawal Effect: If you withdraw your consent, the Company will immediately stop transmitting new behavioral data to Microsoft Clarity.
4. International Data Transfer and Safeguards
Because Microsoft Corporation is headquartered in the United States, your behavioral data will be transferred cross-border. The Company applies standard data protection agreements and secure encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) to ensure that your data is handled with a level of security compliant with local data protection laws.
5. Right to Refuse and How to Withdraw Consent
You have the right to refuse this consent at any time. You may also easily withdraw your consent after opting in by using either of the following methods:
- In-App Toggle: Go to Settings > Privacy & Terms > Consent for Behavioral Tracking and Analytics and toggle it OFF.
